It is the easiest thing to blame one's lack of determination to one's failure to follow a diet plan, or a thigh workout. The lack of determination is simply out of your hands. But successful dieters stress that only with absolute determination will you achieve victory (and thinner thighs).
Others feel willpower is a mystical component of ourselves guiding us in the choices we make. You might not have an opinion about willpower, but feel comfortable using it as your excuse whenever you make the wrong choice about what you should be eating or what you should be doing to get thinner thighs.
When you look in the mirror and see your big thighs, you immediately blame it on your lack of determination. But remember that time when you made that decision to stuff yourself with ice cream and chocolates.
When you finally realize that you've made a wrong decision, don't feel guilty and punish yourself by not eating anything. This action will only cause you desperation. Instead, take responsibility and correct your mistake.
From now on, when you're dealing with an inner battle between caving in and quitting and staying the perfect path to success, stop and realize that there's a solid middle ground you can adhere to.
There is a third option. Stop using your lack of self-control as an excuse to not having thinner thighs. Make that commitment to follow your thigh exercises. Even if you don't feel like doing it today, it is important to still do a few ones. If your workout asks 20 reps from you, just do 15 or half. If your diet forbids you to have sweets, it won't hurt if you give in a little. Moderation is key.
Take preventative action by giving yourself permission to learn and make mistakes and recover. Dieting and learning how to eat healthy takes time - it's not a skill you'll master overnight.
Decisions (on how to be healthy in order to achieve thinner thighs) need great consideration. Don't be too quick on your actions. Evaluate the possible consequences so that you can take proper actions.
Because of the world we live in today, healthy living is given little importance. Never forget, though, that only by living healthy will you be able to survive in a hectic environment.
Don't let willpower (or lack thereof) get the better of you. There's no reason to fear failure if you're willing to take responsibility and learn from your mistakes as much as you celebrate your successes.
